Freshness can never be compromised in Scutti and there are no exceptions for the meat we stock. We have a weekly turnover policy for all meat and you also have the privilege to enjoy fresh ham and similar meats cooked on the premises. All meats are preservatives and gluten free 99.99% of the time.

Scutti is a proud supporter and endorser of local Australian livestock. As such, it is a priority that everything is sourced locally first. Here, just for you, we have selected cuts of the best local meats that include a non-exhaustive list of West Australian pork, Mondo small goods and local butchers.

We only go international when any of our food produce is out of season. Italian prosciutto is the only imported meat we permanently hold because of the high market demand for its globally established quality.
